The Transition to Life resource works to create an easy, supportive and resourceful space to provide you with the information you need as you embark on your journey of success, regardless of what stage of life you are experiencing.
Your experience at Nazareth has provided you with many opportunities to connect with and participate in the traditions and the mission of our Catholic Community. There are still many opportunities to stay connected to these traditions after school.
Nazareth Outreach Work (NOW) projects are an extension of our values and are supported by the entire community. We have an extensive array of projects we currently support. Our projects extend beyond Australia, with projects internationally, nationally as well as a local level.
"You Can't Change the World... But You Can Change A Life"
In partnership with West Torrens Rotary Club, Rotary Australia World Community Service (RAWCS) and The Good Crocodile Foundation, we are now organising our eighth visit to Timor-Leste Leste from Monday 8 July – Friday 19 July, 2019.
Participants work in collaboration with our key partners, SAAB Australia, Rotary International and the Good Crocodile Foundation to build upon the important work that past groups have undertaken in the Triloka Village.

"As People Of Justice We Respond To Need"
Each year a group of Year 12 students chose to travel to Bathurst Island to participate in an outreach program. The aim of this program is to make connections with the Indigenous Community at Xavier College on Bathurst Island.
St Vincent de Paul Society aspires to be recognized as a caring Catholic charity offering "a hand up” to people in need. At Nazareth we support their work through many ways including our winter appeals with donations of clothing and cans of food, as well as hampers for the needy each Christmas.

The Nazareth Justice and Ministry group work to contribute to human dignity and the benefits of mankind. Involvement includes writing letters to refugees who had been affected by unstable futures, working in the soup kitchen every second week, fundraising, raising awareness and frequently involved with age care facilities. Whilst involving elements of spirituality, we focus on promoting the rights of all people to live peaceful and respected lives.
"Every community is called to be an instrument of God for the liberations of the poor, and for enabling them to be fully a part of society". #187 - Pope Francis, Evangelii Gaudium.
You may wish to remain engaged and connected to the faith life of our Nazareth Community. Our monthly Young Adults Mass is designed to provide a welcoming and fulfilling connection with our Catholic faith community. Held on the first Sunday of the month at 5:30pm in the Nazareth Flinders Park campus chapel. Everyone is welcome!
