Nazareth uses Consent2Go, a secure platform for recording and managing parent contact details, student medical information, excursion and College activity and excursion permission information.
Consent2Go allows parents/caregivers to:
Update their child’s medical, dietary or contact details anytime.
Give consent for your child(ren) to attend excursions and events electronically.
Automatically pre-fill student information for excursion permission forms once populated initially into the system.
Being able to access the platform from any mobile, tablet or PC device.
A facility to print excursion details for attaching to your fridge/noticeboard etc.
Do you need to update your Consent2Go profile information?
It is critical that the information we have about your child is accurate and current. Student Services must be notified of any changes, particularly changes to address (temporary or permanent) and phone numbers – to avoid any unnecessary confusion when trying to contact you.
