Be Involved

We are a community who rejoices in the wonder and celebration of life, who acknowledge and grapple with the challenges and complexities, and honours each individual story that creates this rich tapestry of Community.

Engagement is the key to success

We believe that every member of our community has something to offer to support our learning and community programs.

Family and community members are invited to contribute to the life of the community in ways that reflect their particular interests, skills, experience and capacity.

This involvement is highly valued as it helps to create and strengthen our community and build a culture of collaboration and shared commitment to our mission.

Whether it's a one off or regular commitment, every contribution matters and makes a difference. There are many ways to be involved as a member of Nazareth Catholic Community including:

  • Attending community events
  • Volunteering to assist in college activities such as listening to reading, excursions/incursions, career nights etc.
  • Sports coaching
  • Volunteering in our Community Cafes

Be involved. Be Engaged. Together, our community will flourish!

We value your involvement

To volunteer at Nazareth you must hold a current Catholic Police Clearance. For details on how to obtain one of these, please contact Madeleine Kitschke, our Human Resources Officer via madeleine.kitschke@nazareth.org.au or 8406 5030.

Catholic School Parents South Australia

Catholic School Parents South Australia (CSPSA) promotes and supports parents and families by providing a voice for education and issues which affect their children.

CSPSA is an advocate for the families, parents and carers of children in Catholic schools, Catholic early learning centres and pre-schools.

The organisation believes that:

  • All children have the opportunity to access a quality education, allowing each child to reach his or her potential; and
  • School and family collaboration is essential to successful spiritual, academic and developmental growth.

CSPSA aims to build an environment where parents can be empowered to take an active role as the primary educators of their children.
