Our canteens (R-9) are managed by Rory’s School Lunches. The Rory’s menu provides students with healthy and nutritious food options to support their growth and learning.
The canteen is open every school day during the recess and lunch breaks. Purchasing and ordering of food differs slightly between campuses. Recesses and Lunches are ordered via the Qkr! App.
For help with Qkr, please access the ‘How To Guide’.
Healthy snacks and lunch options are also available to purchase from our vibrant onsite cafes.
Our popular cafés provide a place of connection and nourishment for students, parents, staff and the wider community. Our Café menus comply with the South Australian ‘Rite Bite’ program to encourage healthy food choices for students.
At Nazareth we value service through hospitality and recognise this as a tool to build connections and empower our community to thrive. Whilst staffed by qualified baristas, our cafes also provide students, graduates and volunteers with opportunities to undertake hospitality training in coffee making and food preparation.
Nazareth Findon Campus is a nut and egg-free environment. We have several young students with severe allergies. Therefore, we ask that students do not share food and that nut and egg products are not brought to school. Parents/caregivers will be notified of class celebrations or treat days so they may accommodate their children’s needs if allergies present a problem.
In Years 7-12 (Flinders Park Campus and Kidman Park Campus), nuts are not restricted, as we encourage students to take responsibility for their allergies; however, we strongly discourage food sharing and urge all students to be considerate and mindful of their peers’ allergies.
