The Northern Sound System (NSS) is the City of Playford’s youth music and creative industries facility located in the heart of Elizabeth, South Australia.
Holiday Bands is an opportunity for young music enthusiasts aged 13-17 to join a band with like-minded creatives in their local area. The program runs for one week every school holidays and is open to all styles and instruments but focusing on a typical band setup (drums, guitars, bass, keys, vocals) and original song writing.

The Defence Work Experience Program provides young Australians interested in Defence as a future career, the opportunity to sample life in Defence and learn more about the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and the Australian Public Service (APS). VET- to-Flinders Guaranteed Pathway
Nazareth students who have completed certain VET qualifications and combinations of subjects as part of their SACE are eligible for a guaranteed entry pathway to specified degrees at Flinders University.

Students will need to submit a SATAC application with the eligible degree listed as their first preference and also register the Nazareth-to-Flinders pathway through the Nazareth Pathways Counselling team.

By enrolling in a TAFE SA Dual Offer course, you’re guaranteed a place at a South Australian university upon completion of your TAFE SA qualification. Benefits include:

From Thursday 15 January 2026 SATAC will start emailing Year 12 students who have submitted applications for courses in 2026.
There are several rounds of offers. Students who do not receive an offer in the first round may receive offers in subsequent rounds. For queries regarding specific course offers, students should contact the University/TAFE directly.

At Nazareth, during Term 3, Year 12 students participated in a range of activities at school to build their understanding of SATAC processes and future pathways, including lodging a SATAC application. The early application deadline was 30 September, but it is not too late to submit an application – applications are still accepted up to 1 December,
Students can speak with their Mentor Group Teacher, Year 12 Year Level Coordinator, or a Careers Counsellor for help at any stage of the process.
