After careful consideration, Nazareth has made the decision to outsource it’s Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services at the Findon Campus. The increasing complexity of compliance and regulatory requirements has made it challenging to continue operating our in-house OSHC service effectively. Given these challenges, we believe it is in the best interest of our community to partner with a specialist provider whose core focus and business is delivering high-quality OSHC services.
From 21 July 2025 (Monday Week 1 of Term 3) our OSHC operations will be managed by Extend, Australia’s largest OSHC provider, delivering programs across most Australian states. Extend has a strong track record, with 92% of their services either meeting or exceeding government compliance and operational standards.
The current services provided to families will remain unchanged, with Vacation Care programs, Pupil Free Day programs along with weekly Out of Hours School Care continuing to be offered. The program will continue to utilise the Jubilee Room and McAuley Gallery along with our outside space and have continuity and consistency of staffing.
