Nazareth Year 12 students are preparing to pursue their pathways after receiving excellent SACE results and Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) scores on Monday.
The results of the graduating class of 2022 suggest some of the best results achieved by a cohort at Nazareth in the past 5 years. More than 30 students scored in the top 10% with an ATAR of 90 or above and 39% of all grades were in the A grade band range (our highest for the past 5 years). A further 46% of were within the B grade band.
A total of 21 merits (A+ with perfect score) were awarded to Nazareth students in 2022, across a wide variety of subjects. 5 students achieved an ATAR greater than 98.00, placing them in the top 2% of all students nationwide.
Principal Andrew Baker was proud to congratulate the cohort.
“We delight in their academic achievements, but more importantly, we congratulate them on becoming fine young men and women ready to become meaningful participants in the world,” he said.
“I would like to add my thanks and congratulations to everyone involved in our community who support our students to excel”.
Success comes in many forms, and it is our promise at Nazareth that all students will graduate empowered to lead their own fulfilling and holistic lives. Whether their pathway is university, further education, training, apprenticeships, or the workforce – we aspire for every student to be working towards a career that not only values their talents, but for which they also have a real passion and purpose.
We are proud to celebrate the success of each and every student, as well as a number of incredible individual highlights.
