Clipboard & Communication for 2026

In 2026, Nazareth will be using Clipboard as our new co-curricular management platform to run activities such as sport, music and other co-curricular programs.

7 – 12 Co-Curricular Sport will use Clipboard immediately. It is important that families log in and set up their Clipboard profiles prior to grading trials next week. Families who have nominated students for Years 7–12 summer sport should be able to view the scheduled grading trials for Week 1 once logged in.

Following grading trials, student will be allocated to a team. Once your child has been added to a team, families will be able to view their training schedule and competition fixture on clipboard, which commence in Week 2.

Below are the links to access your Clipboard portal and a step-by-step guide to assist with account setup. Please note that both students and guardians are required to create their own profiles.

Nazareth Clipboard Portal
Clipboard Guide for Users

Clipboard and the Co-Curricular Sports Hub on the Nazareth website will now be the primary sources of information for all fixtures, results, reminders, and updates. It is important to ensure you check these pages regularly throughout the term, as this will be our main method of communication for sport.

Clipboard – Changes to training sessions and fixtures will now be communicated via Clipboard, along with any team-specific information. Urgent Information or Changes made within 24 hours will be sent as push notifications to mobile devices, while changes made outside the 24-hour window will be communicated via email from Clipboard.

The Co-Curricular Sport Hub- Updates & announcements for all sports will appear here under the “Upcoming Events & Announcements” heading. Any updates or announcements specific to one sport or team will be listed under that sport in the drop-down menu or under your team’s name on the left hand side of the page.

We will be limiting the number of emails we send out to students & families so please remember to continue to check this page and your clipboard portal so you do not miss out on important information.
