COVID-19 Fee Information
Amongst all the worries that we have at this time – worrying about the payment of school fees should not be one of those things. Please be assured of our support for your family. If your family has lost significant income due to COVID-19 you will receive a total school fee remission effective immediately, initially for a period of 3 months. We will continue to review the fee situation for individual families and the school as a whole. When are my fees due?
The full year’s fee was billed on February 2020 and a statement showing the annual fee was forwarded to all families during February with additional statements issued each term.
All fees are due to be paid in full by 15 November 2020, unless alternative arrangements have been made with the finance team.
Do Nazareth offer different payment options for fees?
Yes. We have a number of payment options, including:
Option 1: Early payment lump sum discount if paid in full by April 9th 2020
Option 2: Continuous direct debit (weekly/fortnightly) to cover annual fees, to be finalised by 15 November 2020
Option 3: Discuss specific payment plan request with the Finance team, with all accounts to be paid in full by 15 November 2020

I have more than 1 child attending Nazareth, do we receive a discount?
Yes. Sibling discounts apply on tuition fees for families with more than one student at the College. Discount rates range from 10% -40% off each fee. Please read the College Financial Information 2020 for specific discount rates.
I have children attending another Catholic Parish Primary School, do we receive a discount?
Yes. Sibling discounts apply on tuition fees for families with students attending another Catholic Parish Primary School. Please read the College Financial Information 2020 for specific discount rates.
What am I expected to pay in addition to my fees?
Our College fees do not include things such as Uniforms, Extra-Curricular Activities, Stationery (Secondary Only), Textbooks, additional photocopying/ printing above student quota, second and subsequent repair costs and non return for school loaned devices. What if I'm having trouble paying my fees?
The College offers a number of methods for paying fees and if you are unable to pay by the due date, it is important that you contact the Finance team of the College and discuss a regular payment arrangement. Their details can be found at the top of this page.
How can I pay my child's fees?
We offer a wide range of payment options including:
Bpay (preferred option). Transaction will appear on your bank statement with the reference CCES. Please note the new Bpay Biller code of 297945.
EFT – please refer to the back of your statement for the BSB and Account no. information
Credit card over the phone (Visa or Mastercard). Please contact Findon Campus (8406 5032) or Flinders Park Campus (8406 5314).
Smart phone app – Qkr! operated by Mastercard (‘How to Guide’ is available on the website or contact the Finance Office for assistance.)
