Play is more than just fun; it’s the key to healthy development.

Run by our Community Engagement team, our SPiCE supported Playgroups recognise and build upon the inherent capabilities, curiosity and spirituality of the youngest members of our community.

They include opportunities for social interaction, fine and gross motor skill development, indoor and outdoor play, dramatic play, sensory activities, crafts, songs, storytelling and dance.

Playgroups are held on Tuesday – Friday mornings (during the school term) at Nazareth Findon Campus (176 Crittenden Road, Findon).

All you need to bring for Playgroup is:

• Healthy snack
• Drink
• Hat for outdoor play
• Clothes appropriate for messy nature-based play

Nazareth is a ‘PlayTogether Playgroup’.

Playgroup SA recognises Nazareth Playgroups as facilitating inclusive, accessible practices. Our coordinators have participated in additional training and support around disability and inclusion in a Playgroup setting.
