To assist students in developing the skills and necessary expertise, examinations are scheduled for some Year 10 subjects at the end of each semester. Utilising similar procedures to those undertaken for SACE Examinations, the College provides this type of assessment with the purpose of assessing knowledge and understanding and familiarisation of examination conditions. Examination results will be recorded on SEQTA.
In preparation for the exams, Year 10 students are provided a SWOT VAC day on Friday 21 November, in which students are expected to remain at home and use this day for revision and preparation for their upcoming examinations. If for any reason, attendance at school is still required on the SWOT VAC day, please register your child’s attendance via this form.
