Their participation in such activities is not always officially recorded by the College and we would like to ensure that they are recognised appropriately.
If your child has been a representative, please forward their information using this form on our website by Friday 28 November (Week 7). Unfortunately, if your information is provided after this date, it will not be included in our publication.
If your child has made multiple state or national sporting teams in 2025, please submit the form for each achievement.
Please note: only students’ names will appear in the Yearbook. While team names, sports, and representative levels won’t be included, we appreciate you sharing this information for our records.
