This will be important for students wishing to make any changes to their subject choices for 2026.

Please visit the Student Pathways page and Curriculum Handbooks on our website for more information about subject selections and pathways.
The completion of the academic year is rapidly approaching for our senior students. Completing secondary education is a significant event in the lives of young people. There will be mixed feelings across the cohort as some are looking forward to life after school with excitement, while for others, there is a sense of apprehension as they will soon leave the certainty of school life and embark on their future within society. Whatever the future holds for each of our graduates, we are confident that they have developed the necessary skills to successfully contribute to the community and shape their own future within it.
As the intensity of completing the academic requirements of each course culminates into final assessments and examinations, there are also a number of key events that we look forward to in order to celebrate the achievements of the class of 2025.
The class of 2025 are to be commended on their efforts this year. It is with great excitement that we prepare for these key end-of-year celebrations.
We wish our senior students every success in their future endeavours, and we are confident that as graduates of Nazareth, we can be very proud of the people they have become.
We are sure they will do great things within our community. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the College via [email protected]

The information below is important standing information for our senior students and families. This information will remain available on this page throughout the year and is essential in supporting a smooth and successful experience in the senior years. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with the details provided here.
Year 11 and Year 12 students requesting to drive and/or carry passengers to and from Nazareth must complete the Student Driver Application Form online.
We ask that students and parents/caregivers complete this form together. Once submitted, parents/caregivers will receive an email with a copy of this completed form for approval.
Permission to drive and carry other passengers is only for the journey to and from school or between campuses during the school day. Students are not permitted to drive, either themselves or other students, to school-related activities during the day that are not held on one of our campuses.
Any student driving another student to and from school or between campuses must have the written permission to do so from the parents of that student. The Passenger Permission and Indemnity Form can also be found online.
It is compulsory that the student’s driver’s licence, along with the necessary approval to drive and or carry passengers, is received by a Year Level Coordinator before approval to drive to and from school or between campuses is granted.
If you require help or more information, please email [email protected]
Please ensure you are familiar with the Personal Presentation and Uniform Requirements, including hair, jewellery and personal presentation expectations. PE Uniform can be worn to and from school only on days when students have PE/Dance on their timetable.
For details on College hours, supervision, absences, breaks, ID cards, lockers, lost property, electronic devices and more, please visit the Administrative Procedures section of the Family Information Hub.
The Kidman Park Campus is open for students from 8am – 5pm, with supervision / formal duty of care commencing at 8:25am and ceasing at 3:45pm unless students are in passive academic support in the Hub or at a cocurricular training/activity. Please note the Campus will close to students at 4pm on Fridays.
Flex time is offered to Year 12 students and occurs both off-site and on-site with supervision. Flex time will be reflected at either the beginning or the end of the day.
Timetabled flex allows for ongoing flexibility for student incursions, excursions, tests, individual study, and minimises the disruption to other subjects. If students are required for a particular subject incursion/excursion or event, they will be notified at least two weeks in advance and will be required to be in attendance onsite.
A Consent2Go permission provided to families must be completed by a Parent/Caregiver for students to be offsite for timetabled flex. Students will not be able to be offsite for flex until this has been completed.
Please refer to this letter regarding Flex – C2G Permissions Letter to Families – Year 12 Flex Letter

The purpose of this contract is to highlight the key areas requiring your commitment throughout the year. While there are many of us to support you, it is your SACE and your success will depend mostly on your daily commitment to attending school, applying yourself diligently and seeking support when you experience challenges.
Throughout the year, all Year 12 students have been reminded that they are the role models of the College; therefore, their conduct should be of an exemplary standard throughout this celebratory period. This extends to the wearing of the College Uniform and the Personal Presentation Policy.
Students must wear the summer school uniform when attending the Year 12 Farewell Liturgy & Awards Assembly, Graduation Mass, and Stage 2 Examinations. Students who choose not to comply may be excluded from participating in these events.
If students are involved in behaviour which is considered inappropriate, serious consequences will follow. At all times, it is imperative that discretion, safety and good judgment are used throughout celebrations. We appeal to parents and students to work cooperatively with teachers to meet the expectations.
As you approach the end of your studies, we encourage all Year 12 students to register for our Nazareth Graduates Database. By sharing your contact details, you’ll stay connected with news, upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, employment pathways, and other updates from time to time.
When registering, please use a personal email address (e.g. Gmail, Outlook) rather than your Nazareth email, as your school account will be deactivated after graduation.
