Instrumental Tuition Timetables

As events approach resulting in timetable changes, students are reminded to please check these on the morning of their Instrumental lesson. Lesson times change regularly!

Junior Primary Choir

Rehearsals are on Thursdays during the JP lunch time from 12.30 – 1.10.

Catholic Schools Music Festival Choir

Rehearsals are on Tuesday mornings 8:00-8:45am. Please ensure you arrive at 7.55 for an 8am start.

Rehearsals are Wednesday mornings from 8.00 – 8.45. Please ensure you arrive at 7.55 for an 8am start.

✏️Instrumental Lesson Reminder

A friendly reminder that if you are not continuing instrumental lessons past term 1, you must contact [email protected] or [email protected] by Friday week 8 (20th March) to confirm withdrawal.

📝Clipboard

Clipboard is now up and running for all music ensembles for parents to access.
Please remember that all absences from ensemble rehearsals must be communicated to your ensemble director before the rehearsal. Parents are able to log student absences from rehearsals using clipboard. Please view the ‘how-to-guide’ HERE

🔎Open Day

Save the date for Open Day on Wednesday 18 March from 5 – 7pm (Week 8) at the Flinders Park Campus. Multiple ensembles will perform at this event. The ensembles that will perform will be:
- Stage Band 1, 2 and 3
- Vocal Jazz 1, and 2
- Senior Concert Band
- Senior Percussion Ensemble
- Jazz Combo

🎷Generations in Jazz

All students require a Nazareth co-curricular jumper, which can be purchased from the uniform shop for $70. As per previous years, embroidery will happen after GIJ.
Please find the Generations in Jazz letter attached HERE.
- Holiday rehearsals – on Thursday 23rd of April (specific rehearsal times to come)

🎹Stage 2 Performance Evening

The date for the first Stage 2 Performance Evening has been updated to Thursday 26^th March 7pm (T1, Wk 9)
The students required for this performance are stage 2 music students and Stage Band 1 students.
A Consent2Go will be distributed shortly

Instrumental Hire Forms

Instrumental tuition lessons are open to all students and can be arranged through our music office. Lessons are mostly conducted during school hours on a rotating basis. The forms and documents below detail many aspects of the music program, including instrumental tuition program fees and enrolment.
