Your Year 12 jumpers will showcase the names of all students in the 2024 cohort printed on the back of the garment. Please note that as per our standard process, full / enrolled names from SEQTA are used for the cohort print (your preferred name will be embroidered on the front of the garment if you requested this on your order).

To ensure your name is accurately printed, please approve or suggest changes using this form. The form is open until next Friday 10 November.
