Minda is the largest not-for-profit disability service provider and employer in SA, providing advocacy, support and services to enable people living with an intellectual disability to live their best lives
They are delighted to advise that registrations for their MyPathway to Day Options transition program are now open, with the program commencing Saturday the 2nd of August 2025.
MyPathway to Day Options programs have been co-designed with multiple schools across Adelaide and aims to provide a seamless transition from school into a Day Options environment from Term 3, until the end of Term 4 each year.
Our trained Disability Support Workers from our Day Options services will deliver a socially enriching and engaging activity each Saturday morning between 9:30am and 12:30pm, from Minda’s purpose-built Lifestyle Precinct at North Brighton.
Transitioning out of school can be one of the most challenging experiences of students’ lives, and to support this, Minda have created a tailored program aimed at students 15 years and older to make the journey more comfortable for all involved.

Nazareth students who have completed certain VET qualifications and combinations of subjects as part of their SACE are eligible for a guaranteed entry pathway to specified degrees at Flinders University.
View the Nazareth-to-Flinders Pathway Schedule to see the VET and SACE combinations, and the eligible degrees.
Students will need to submit a SATAC application with the eligible degree listed as their first preference and also register the Nazareth-to-Flinders pathway through the Nazareth Pathways Counselling team.

This scheme provides an alternative entry pathway for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people into Flinders Uni.
