Year 12 | Grandfriends’ Day

We invite all our special Grandfriends on Wednesday 10 September, 1.30pm – 3pm, to join us in spending some quality time with their Year 12 in their final school year! To RSVP, please click here.

Stage 2 | Holiday Workshops

Holiday Workshops are scheduled for Stage 2 students during the upcoming Term 3 holidays. Workshops will be held at the Kidman Park Campus.

Please note that not all classes and subjects will have a workshop scheduled, and individual teachers determine whether a class requires this additional time during the term break. We are very appreciative of the staff who are able to support students across this time.

Students who are unable to attend a workshop are expected to contact their teacher to explain their absence. Students are also reminded that they must only be on campus when they have a workshop scheduled.

The Holiday Workshops schedule can be viewed – here

Year 11 | 2026 Subject Selection

Particularly for our senior learners, significant time in Term 3 is dedicated to future planning as we commence the Subject and Pathway Selection processes for next year. Nazareth is committed to supporting students and families by providing comprehensive guidance through this process.

It’s important for all our learners, regardless of age, to understand the opportunities available – an awareness that encourages them to explore and contribute to our local and global community, industry, and economy.

Please visit the Student Pathways page and Curriculum Handbooks on our website for more information about subject selections and pathways.

Year 11 & 12 | Driving & Passenger Forms

Year 11 and Year 12 students requesting to drive and/or carry passengers to and from Nazareth must complete the Student Driver Application Form online.

We ask that students and parents/caregivers complete this form together. Once submitted, parents/caregivers will receive an email with a copy of this completed form for approval.

Permission to drive and carry other passengers is only for the journey to and from school or between campuses during the school day. Students are not permitted to drive, either themselves or other students, to school-related activities during the day that are not held on one of our campuses.

Any student driving another student to and from school or between campuses must have the written permission to do so from the parents of that student. The Passenger Permission and Indemnity Form can also be found online.

It is compulsory that the student’s driver’s licence, along with the necessary approval to drive and or carry passengers, is received by a Year Level Coordinator before approval to drive to and from school or between campuses is granted.

If you require help or more information, please email [email protected]

Year 11 & 12 | Uniform

Please ensure you are familiar with the Personal Presentation and Uniform Requirements, including hair, jewellery and personal presentation expectations.

Uniform | Nazareth Catholic Community

PE Uniform can be worn to and from school only on days when students have PE/Dance on their timetable.

Year 11 & 12 | Administrative Procedures

For details on College hours, supervision, absences, breaks, ID cards, lockers, lost property, electronic devices and more, please visit the Administrative Procedures section of the Family Information Hub.

Access to Kidman Park Campus Before and After School

The Kidman Park Campus is open for students from 8am – 5pm, with supervision / formal duty of care commencing at 8:25am and ceasing at 3:45pm unless students are in passive academic support in the Hub or at a cocurricular training/activity. Please note the Campus will close to students at 4pm on Fridays.

Year 12 | Flex Requirements

Flex time is offered to Year 12 students and occurs both off-site and on-site with supervision. Flex time will be reflected at either the beginning or the end of the day.

Timetabled flex allows for ongoing flexibility for student incursions, excursions, tests, individual study, and minimises the disruption to other subjects. If students are required for a particular subject incursion/excursion or event, they will be notified at least two weeks in advance and will be required to be in attendance onsite.

A Consent2Go permission provided to families must be completed by a Parent/Caregiver for students to be offsite for timetabled flex. Students will not be able to be offsite for flex until this has been completed.

Please refer to this letter regarding Flex – C2G Permissions Letter to Families – Year 12 Flex Letter
